Can. Pours a dark brown, small white head. Aroma is brown malt, caramalt, caramel, molasses. Prunes. Big body. Flavour is sweet and malty, prune, caramel, chocolate, fudge, vanilla. Maple syrup. A great brown ale.

ABV: 11.3%. Clear medium amber brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dark malt, sweet malt, maple syrup. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, dark malt, maple syrup, caramel, light nutty. Body is medium to medium full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20210320]

Can @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are rich caramel, malt, hops, dried fruits, nuts and has a sweet finish.

Can @Saxo. Dark red brown, small beige head. Maple and a little roast aroma. Sweet flavour, maple, a little roast. Nice alc warmth. Maple can be difficult, this is quite nicely balanced.
