Wild Ale with the addition of Moravian red and black currant aged in oak barrels. It is a spontaneously fermented beer that evokes a whole range of fruity sour flavors that are in harmony with the beer's original malt base.

Bottle 0.75l, more than four years aged. Hazy, reddish colored. AROMA- funky, a bit sharp, sour dark grapes, fermented red currant. FLAVOR- slightly sweet but quite sour, tart, very fruity - sour cherry, red and black currant, dark grapes, quite funky, wooden barrel. Fuller, syrupy body.
Quite lots of currant peaces on top and at the bottom of bottle which was somewhat unpleasant for tasting such expensive beer. Well, it was great anyway.

Draught @ Væskebalancen. Pours hazy deep reddish maghony with a small light pink head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, light yeast, barnyard, red berries, blackcurrant. Flavor is sour, malt, yeast, red berries, blackcurrant. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and acidic finish. 290822

Vintage 2020. deep red color, small white head. smells berry notes, lactic, marzipan, subtle balsamic. full body, soft carbonation. tastes currant notes, marzipan, cherry notes, bit balsamic. finishes lightly dry and lightly medium sour with notes of berry notes, subtle currant notes and marzipan notes. lovely

Pours dark pink, clear. Mild to no head. Scent is cherry, not much else TBH. Taste is tart, cherry, fairly lactic. Intense. Lacks complexity.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Nice deep red. Funk, currants, oak, very light sourness, sweetish note.
