This is the recipe of our M’stream (Pilsner Lager) to which a generous dry hopping has been added. It has been used the variety Lotus harvested on 25th August by Hops Company in their fields in Italy. This process added a pleasant herbaceousness together with notes of ripe pineapple. On the 28th August the process was completed in our hops-torpedo. The appearance is straw yellow, limpid, with a generous very fine grain white. Edition available once a year …running out of stock. Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il piano sottostante si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si attestano indizi di miele, cracker, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, erbaceo, agrumi, vegetazione e arancia.
