Deep maroon red with a small white head. Light funk and berry notes. Really soured berry notes with no trace of vanilla or pastry.

Can. Sour, with lots of berry. Cinnamony kind of note in there for whatever reason, vanilla, comes across with a nice balance for what is otherwise a fairly by the numbers style (sour berry).

355mL can, pours a dark pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma brings out dark cherries, blackberries, a touch of vanilla, and lots of phenols. Flavour is full of phenols, with tart jammy fruits, phenols, and a touch of vanilla. Too phenolic for me. This is off.

355ml can. Pours a hazy ruby red with a small, fizzy, short lived, pink head that fully dissipates. Aroma of grainy wheat malt, oak, funk, lacto, cherry and blackberry. Sweet fruity flavour of cherry, blackberry, lemon, red wine, funk, vanilla, oak and a little rye malt in a dry, acidic, sour lacto finish. Light body with a slick texture and lively carbonation. It definitely has some pucker power to it! Flavourful and very nicely done.
