Brut Uiteinde is een zeer droge IPA. Mooi fris met fruitige smaken van witte druiven, door de gebruikte hopsoorten. Kortom, lekker sprankelend zoals een bubbelwijn.

[ As Jopen Brut Uiteinde ].
ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium amber yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, grapes, gooseberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to short duration, citrus - grapes, gooseberry, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20221113]

Bottle shared. Almost clear golden with white head. Lemony hops, dry malts, doughy, soft white wine notes, kiwi. Under medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied, not really dry, more crisp.

75cl Fles van Vomar. Goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Aroma is droog, wat druiven, druivenschillen, iets zwavelig, hout, hoog witte-wijngehalte maar niet echt aangenaam. Smaak volgt, weinig hoogstaands helaas.

75 cl. bottle shared with Rick @ home, bought @ van Rooij, Cuemborg. My 100th Jopen beer, meant to be shared on new year's eve..... Clear golden with a white head. Hoppy citrus aroma with some spiciness. Sweet taste with a bitter dry finish. Quite subdued hop aroma for a (brut) IPA but decent nonetheless.

Bottle from local AH XL. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Malty, hoppy, some yeast and fruity citrus and stone fruit. Taste: Yeasty, stonefruit, malty and hoppy. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Dry finish. Over moderate to medium sweet, moderate going to over moderate bitterness. Just under medium body, average carbonation. Ok.
