Chocolate Raisin Rum BA Imperial Porter
We took a home brew recipe from several years back, originally 7.5% and gave it the Emperor's treatment. Aged in plantation rum barrels for 6 months, this beer is dessert in a glass.

440ml can. Completely pitch black with a very thin tan head. Aroma of rum, barrel, chocolate. Taste has loads of rum barrel, rich bittersweet cocoa, raisins, more rum, warming booze. Full bodied and smooth. Rather boozy, but excellent.

Can from liquid light. Jet black colour with a thin tan head. Aroma and taste have lots of chocolate bitterness and BA rum with a dried sweet raisin finish. Smooth body.
