Brewed with Vienna and Pale Wheat malts. Hopped and dry hopped with a blend of New Zealand (Nelson Sauvin) and USA (Citra) hops giving a strong citrus/lemon grass aroma. Add the esters from a Belgian ale yeast and coriander for spicing and you have quite some complexity in this fusion of Belgian Wit and IPA.

Hazy light golden with big fluffy white head. Wheat, light coriander, fruity hops, spicy yeast, light white grapes, tangerine, dank weedy hops. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Doesn’t need all the coriander for me, but nice.

Keg at Moa Tiki, Singapore. Hazy pale amber, mid sized head. Rather intense hop aroma with grapefruit, gooseberry and mango. Mid sweet with solid body and well rounded mouthfeel. Generously hoppy with spices, citrus and tropical fruits, light notes of marzipan. Long bitter finish.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, spices, petroleum, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, hops, spices, and petroleum, leading to a bitter finish.

500ml bottle. Pours bright gold. Hay, grass, lemongrass, orange, grapefruit, bread, pepper. Medium body. A bit heavy handed. Not for me.

Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and crisp. Thin creamy malts. Yeast. Little fresh orange, bitterish pith. Fairly strong bitterness develops. Not getting much Nelson here. Finishes smooth with touches of hop spice, citrus peel and lemon. Overall slightly disappointing, was hoping for much more Nelson from a NZ brewed beer!

Pours pale amber with a fading head.Nose shows floral perfume, herbal hops, soft doughy wheat. Incredibly herbaceous and floral.More herbal hops as a flavour, definitely dominant. Some light wheat behind.

750 ml bottle. Pours a hazy amber with full head. Aromas of honey, lemons and light banana. Flavors are similar with additional bitter grassy finish. Not sure what the intent is.
