Collab with the Zburatorul. Our first sour beer in the Gose style, with a low pH in which we added salt and mango puree. Extremely refreshing, especially in summer, slightly sour and salty with hints of mango.

Ingredients: water, malt, mango puree, salt, hops, yeast.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Cambridge Wines. Lightly sweet with some lemony tartness, a little salt, flinty accents, low acidity, nips of butyric acid. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Lightly sweet finish, more mild acidity, lemon, melon. Pretty basic stuff.

ABV: 4.0%. Muddy matt medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, tart, fruit juice, mango. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruit juice, mango, fruity, light gose salty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20201205]

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Salty and light acetic. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle. Hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, tropical fruit and yogurt. Flavour is malt, yeast, yogurt, citric, medium sweet, salt, spices and a little dry.

Bottle @Romania2Ulfborg. Hazy yellow, no head really. Aroma has mango, apricot. Sourish flavour, mango, apricot, citrus, yoghurty notes.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, lactose acid, salt, mango and has a light salty fruity finish.
