Bucket loads of Amarillo in the kettle and double dry-hopped with bucket loads more. Amarillo is big, bad and bitter, with a finish drier than the Mojave.

We love the orange and peach hit of Amarillo.

Is this the way to double IPA? I should coco!

Think there's some yeast issues with this brewery - 2nd different can in last few months that I can't get in the glass - Froth issues. Thick with sweet tastes of stone fruit etc, etc. Really disappointing that I can't actually get to the liquid. Poor & a waste of money

Can bought at Elusive. Aroma of stone fruit with resin and pine. Hazy deep gold. Thick fluffy white head. Medium bitter, with a sweet streak. Stone fruit with a good dose of resin and hints of onion. Thick bodied. Verging on oily. Average but prickly carbonation. Dry astringent finish. Hits the spot. The right balance of bitterness and sweetness.
