Аромат моченых яблок, как будто даже немного диких дрожжей припорошили свверху, много кислоты, намеки на черри, но прям чутка, слива. Цвет почти черный, пены нету. Вкус снова дико моченый от яблок, кислый прямо до лимонности, слива спелая и кислая. При глотке волна кислоты. Слива снова, яблоки. Но все равно слишком много уксуса. Есть сходства на фландрийский красный эль, но все равно не дотягивает. Нужен баланс.

Bottle from Brewdog Lothian Road. Appearance - deep amber to red and hazy. Thin tan head. Nose - red cherry, wood, dark cellar and funk. Taste -again red berries and cherry more than dark fruit. More funk and wood. Palate - light to medium bodied. Long and lingering tart finish. Overall - lovely stuff.

can at ashs.. dark red brown... thin tan lacing.. soft sweet fruit.. juicy fruits.. soft tart fruit... Light sharp fruit.. juicy tart fruit

On tap at BrewDog Seven Dials London. Hazy deep red colour thin pink head. Some oak afeing on the aroma. Good blueberry fruit in the mouth. Moderate sour finish. Touch of biscuit on the aroma. Good blueberry buscuitand sour finish. tasty.

Bottle at home, from BD online, 15/11/20. Ribena red with a well presented crimson cap. Nose is tangy berry fruits, light herb, good wine barrel tones, damp oak, vinous trace, blueberry compote. Taste comprises mixed red berry fruits, light but noticeable acidic trace, damp hay, light funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow acidic ripple. Solid well balanced sour.

Keg at Brewdog shepherds Bush. A hazed dark plummy purple red coloured pour with a lasting light pink froth. Aroma is odd, woody berries, gooseberry, little off feacal thing, sour milk and ginger. Flavour is composed of prickly berries, green berries, little woody bark, mellow mouldy funk, light red grape. Palate is semi sweet, tart, airy sour, moderate carbonation, prickly finish. Quite unique
