Keg at Brewdog Bristol. Sampled November 2021. Pours opaque deep brown with beige foam. Aroma: chocolate, liquorice, berries, funk. Taste: tart, tangy, chocolate, zesty, funky, bitter orange. Thin body with light carbonation.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 03/04/21. Black with a decent tan cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is dusty fruit rinds, funk, dungy, roasted notes, light smoke, earthy. Taste comprises wood must, dark fruit rinds, spice, tannins, oak, funk, dried fruit rinds, light spice, ashen tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic twist tinged with light smoke. Decent enough dark sour.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. A oily nutty brown coloured pour with a halo of dark tan head. Aroma is bitter chocolate, zesty orange oil, funk, woody funk, horsey. Flavour is composed of big citric acid, big pucker, lemon juice, hint of choco, mouldy funk. Palate is big clean bitter pucker, funk, moderate carbonation. Good.

21/4/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers! Pours black with a small bubbly off-white to beige head. Aroma of orange, citrus, yeast, roasted malts, herbs, touch of ash and wet walnut with a hint of liquorice. Moderate sweetness and moderate sour. Touch salty. Medium body, soft carbonation. Tangy tart finish. Pretty good.

Bottle: Poured sludge brown with a bubble light brown head. Aroma is roasted malts and orange. Taste is tart fruit, orange, roasted malt comes in, some smoky ash.

Bottle at ash's. Pours deep brown, nose is funky, liquorice, berries, taste is juicy fruit, zesty, funky, bitter orange zest, little thin.

Bottle thanks to Stuu666. Appearance - almost black and opaque. Cream head. Nose - chocolate then severe funkiness. Then menthol. Taste - mainly funk, then chocolate and orange on the finish. Palate - light bodied, long dry and sour finish. Overall - interesting.
