Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of strawberries, white wine, pepper and cereals. Pours hazy orange amber color with quickly diminishing off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts tart vinous and herbal with strawberry note, following is peppery and slightly ashy, mouthfeel is crisp and rather dry, while finish is mild bitter. Light to medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Run to the hills, run for your peppers…

bottle from beergium. slightly tart, slightly sourish aroma. Not much saison yeast or wild yeasty notes. There is a little bit of a hint of brett, but it seems very well behaved, barely noticable. Flavor is most of all weird. sort of a messy bit wild yeasty flavor, some undefined fruity notes, earthy notes. Not my kind of beer, lacking the bretty or saison crispness, what's left is a bit messy. If bought as a saison you could end up being dissapointed.

28/8/2022. Bottle at the Wroclaw GP beer share. From Hoptimism. Pours clear golden orange with a large frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, strawberry, peppercorn, herb, rubber. Medium sweetness, moderate peppery bitterness, light tartness. Moderate body, slightly watery, average carbonation. Earthy finish. Not bad.

Cask at Peterborough Beer Festival 2019. Pours hazed peach gold with a white cap. Aroma: berry & cherry fruity, saison yeast. Taste: light sweet, citrus, berries, yeasty, herbal, the pink peppercorns are subtle. Medium body with soft carbonation

Bottle thanks to my bro. It pours clear orangey - blush with a lasting densely frothy white head. The aroma definitely had strawberry upfront, zingy, red berry, pink marshmallow, peppery spice, peppery cracker, grain and victoria sponge cake. The taste is crisp, dry, zingy sharpness, puckering strawberry character, warming peppery spice, light acidity, berry wine, straw, cracker, hint of alcohol and and a touch of tannin with a drying finish. Average body and fine, dense foamy carbonation. Works fairly well. Like that tart strawberry vibe.

330ml bottle kindly shared by Finn. Clingy lacing from an off-white head, rather cloudy orange body. Berry-fruity aromas, quite promising. Mixed taste of orange and strawberries, alongside a spicy bite. Mid-sweet berry-fruits to the ending. Soft on the swallow. Medium bodied. Pretty nice. (Tromsø 16.10.2021).

Delt med Rune på Nerstranda. Gylden. Nesten klar,. Småhissig. Høyt tett skum som daler sakte. Lett krydderaroma. Mye kullsyre. Smaken jordbær & mere krydder. Tørr syrlig bitter avslutning. Uklar siste kvelling.
