330ml can at Momokaka, Georgetown, Penang, Malaysia. Poured a clear reddish amber colour with a lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is toffee caramel malt. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a smooth, toffee malt, earthy, herbal, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Can. Clear reddish amber with a fat coat of beige head. 3+ Aroma of sticky breadcrust, pine, hints of oranges. Pretty light bodied. Clean with sweet caramel, pine needles and some spices. Firm bitterness. Pleasant enough but a bit strong for what it offers.

Tap at Smiths Queenstown. Clear reddish amber with light beige head. Light toasty malts, soft resin, woody, light spruce, caramel, toast, soft grassy and herbal. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with crisp and oily feel. OK but closer to red ale than IPA.
