It's a place famous for hot chicken, cowboy boot stores, and a never ending flow of hen nights. This place is pretty much the Vegas of the south.
With its blend of beer, food, and culture we could only think of one hop that would sum the place up; Mosaic.
So, this Hazy IPA is chock full of Mosaic hops to represent how many things are going on in Music City. It's a Mosaic of experiences and flavours.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
(Can) Pours opaque golden yellow with small white head. Lovely aroma of citrus, tropical fruit and pine. Medium body with good fine bright carbonation. Great taste. Plenty of hops. Citrus fruit juice start develops herbal and earthy notes that develop through the palate. Pleasant moderate bitterness in finish. Very good.

From a 440ml can on 27/10/2024. Pours a e hazy deep medium golden with a medium head. Has a decent citrus nose, with interesting hints of caramel. On the sip, you get orange and apricot sweetness up front, with some caramel and biscuit in the mix. Has a character that I find in a lot of Behemoth hazies that's unusual for the style. Finishes with a modest tangy bitterness. Very solid, but kind of like a muted version of their magnificent Dominion Rd I had a little while ago.

Can, bb 11/24. Hazy orange, a white head quickly fades to nothing. 3- Aroma of peach, pineapple, vague citrus, crackers. A bit of body whilst remaining reasonably clean. Lots of fruit before firm bitterness. Pretty good.
Poured with a massive head. Big tropical pineapple mosaic sniff, soft on the palate.

440ml can. Pours hazy bright orange. Grapefruit, strong lime, tangerine, apricot, bit of dank piney herbal stuff, nice bit of sweet blueberry muffin stuff towards the end. Nice soft body. Very tasty.

Tap at Smiths Queenstown. Very hazy golden with white head. Good deep hoppy smell on the nose! Lots of tropical fruit juice, white grapes, thick dank hops, soft sweet orange lemonade, grassy herbs. Bit over medium sweet and medium bitter. Bit over medium bodied. Very nice.
