Born through a meeting of minds at Indie Beer Feast in Sheffield and a holiday discovering desserts in Thailand, inspiring a kettle sour reminiscent of Thai mango & coconut sticky rice. Aromas of ripe mango fruit with coconut & lemongrass atop a chewy, soft malt body. The pure Mango provides a dollop of tropical sweetness to balance a sharp, puckering finish!

Bottle from Ghost Whale and day 23 of my advent calendar. Cloudy reddish orange colour with a white head. Lots of sour mango and tart tropical fruit. Fairly astringent. Medium body.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours unclear orange with a fizzy white head that folds into nothing quickly. Has a tart citric character with light metallic notes, low sweetness, mellow acidity, accents of tangy mango, a squeeze of lemon. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Tart finish, reasonably clean, with a little grass, more tangy lemon and subtle mango. A little sketchy but drinkable.
