We’ve always been a little bit shy when it comes to collaboration brews – we much prefer learning from those who can teach us and better our own brewing techniques (and working on much shinier kits than our own!). We opened up the doors recently to Bath based superpals Electric Bear, and created a guava-laced IPA with just the slightest Citra dry-hop to bring those juicy notes all to the fore.

Getting its name from one of assistant brewer Scott’s truly awful jokes, the result is a high-juice, low bitterness IPA with a slight tinge of zing from the guava. Collaborations at Polly’s are fun…who’d have thought it!
