A very light, golden, straw-coloured German style Pilsner Lager with a good white and rich head. Well hopped with German Noble hops which deliver a light, spicy, herbal beer plus adding both floral aromas and flavours and some citrus bitterness.

Bottle. Doddington Hall Farm Shop. Clear pale gold. Good sturdy white foam. Malts are a bit papery. Some rubbery notes. Taste is pretty sweet with a boiled hop bitterness. Weird mouthfeel. Feels a bit gluey but with really sharp intense carbonation. Burnt bitterness to finish. Not nice.

27/11/2018. Bottle from Message In A Bottle, Cleethorpes. Pours very pale gold with a short lasting frothy white head. Aroma of hops, malt, fruit, grass and light flowers. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

Bottle @ Lincs tasting, Hรธjbjerg. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, malt, straw and hops. Nice grassy and bitter finish.
