Keg at MS HW, 28/09/18. Copper coloured with a reddish glint and topped with a lasting light beige head. Nose is brown bread, stewed fruits, biscuit, grains. Taste comprises Soreen malt loaf, toasted grains, earthy, dusty fruits, caramel, biscuit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Fine for the style.

Cask gravity at the St Albans Beer festival 2018. A hazed nut brown amber coloured pour with a halo of beige head. Aroma is semi sweet, nutty, raisin, tangy grape, red currants, nuts. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty brown malts, hazelnut, dried fruits, tangy grape.. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, decent cask condition. Little lactose sweetness. Not bad.
