West Coast IPAs are the hop-driven beers that powered the launch of the craft beer industry, and San Diego pushed the style even further. Hey Hop is our San Diego-style IPA brewed with both some classic, and new hops for robust, dank flavors and aromas of tropical fruit, pine, and tangerine and a crisp finish.
Centennial, the decidedly American and a much-celebrated hop, with a pungent flavour that often is referred to as super-Cascade, featured in some legendary IPAs. Chinook with an impressive pine/resin character washed with exotic spice and distinct grapefruit notes. Summit, a variety quite new to the public and with very high alpha acid content it is appropriately named since it is top of the bittering hop totem pole.

Gyllengul grumlig vätska med högt skumlock. Arom av grape, våt säd och fruktkaka. Blommig smak, lite vattnig, som kantrar över i kemiskt skurpulver.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Orangeish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, nectary and some mild cedar and toffee tones. Flavour is fruity, wooden, some cedar, wood and mild grassy tones to it.

Sample @ SBWF 2022. Poured clear and deep golden in color. Pleasantly bitter West Coast IPA with a resiny bitter, some caramel maltyness in the back. Oily mouthfeel.

(Can, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 7 Oct 2021) Dark golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of grapefruit, pineapple, tropical fruit and pine needles. Fruity, hoppy taste with grapefruit, pine needles, resin, bready malt and a generous citric, tropical bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.

Appearance: Amber colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Fruit, grapefruit, malt, grass, resin.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, fruit, caramel, grapefruit.

Canned, from Systembolaget. Clear copper colour, mid sized head. Minty grapefruit aroma. Dry with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Husky caramel, butterscotch and grapefruit. Resinous very bitter finish. Edgy.

Can from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. Hazy dark golden with a medium white head. Papaya, grass, resin and some grapefruit. Quite bitter finish.
