On cask at the Dreadnought. Appearance - golden amber with a nice fluffy head. Nose - light orange and spiced biscuit. Taste - big ginger biscuit hit. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry crunchy finish. Overall - too much ginger for me.

Gravity dispense at Craft 100, CBC Clapham, 18/09/14. Clear golden orange with moderate off white edgework. Nose is light ginger but pretty subtle, spice, elderflower, floral notes. Taste comprises gingersnap biscuit, spice, grassy, floral notes. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Ok for a ginger infused offering.

Cask (Craft Beer Co, Clapham) - A rich amber colour. Ginger, orange peel and malt in the aroma. Spicy and fruity taste with ginger, peach and orange peel. Very interesting.

Keighley Beer Festival 2014. Copper with a thick bubbly head. Ginger is dominant but the marmalade is also evident making it certainly an acquired taste but at the same time very different to the norm.
