Cask at Egglescliffe Beer Festival, 29th March 2024. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of malt, grain, fruity, custard hint. Taste is sweetish, malt, biscuity, bready, rhubarb hint, custard vanilla note with some tangy light bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying mild bitter finish. Quite drinkable

Cask @ Victorian Craft Beer Cafe, Halifax. Golden-blonde with a small head. It tastes like a milder but very pleasant version of the sucky-sweet.

Tried at the Lincoln Beer Festival 2018. Pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma rhubarb and vanilla. Taste light sweet. Medium body.

23/5/2018. Cask at The Town Mouse, Newcastle. Pours clear dark gold with a small off-white head. Aroma of medium sweet stewed rhubarb, custard, light vanilla and floral notes. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, slight hint of sour. Moderate body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Decent brew.
