Hazy amber - peach beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and dry and crispy. Light minerals. Touch of vinegar. Suppressed and mildly sour cherry. Modest brett. Light dry finish brings some tannins. Nice but nit a patch on the Sour Blanc.

Bottle massive thanks to Kenny. It pours bright red with a small white head. The nose is earthy, funky, musty, cherry skin, wood, ham and raspberry pip. The taste is crisp, bitter, tart, cherry peel, raspberry pip, some acidity, granny smith apple, earth, light smoke and cheddar towards the finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Crisp and juicy. A bit smokey, but still decent.
