(Draught at Mother Kelly's Bethnal Green, London, 25 Nov 2022) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with wheat, citrus and clove. Fruity, wheaty taste with notes of bread, citrus, clove, peaches, banana, grass, hay and a gentle spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced wheat beer. Quite nice.

9/1/2019. Bottle at Four Hops, Reigate. Pours pale gold with a huge foamy white head. Aroma of sweet malt and wheat, light herb and spice, yeast, zest, biscuit and sugary banana sweets. Heavy sweetness, light bitterness, minimal tartness. Moderate body, sticky texture, fizzy carbonation initially which eases. Too sweet, though bitterness develops a bit in finish. Better when the head and fizz died down.

Bottle from the Offie, Leicester. Dark gold, clear with a thick white head and lots of visible carbonation. Smells of yeasty bread and cooking spices. Tastes sweet at first but there's a bit of an odd medicinal character to it. Aggressive carbonation. Not their best.

Tried at the BeerHeadz Lincoln. Hazy mid golden colour with a white head. Grainy wheat and citrus zest aroma and taste light sweet medium body.
