Chelmsfaaarhd Winter Beer Fest. Cask in KEGS. Almost clear deep amber - brown beer, a few pale tan bubbles. Light palate, modest fine carbonation. Thin tangy caramel malts. Mildly floral mid. Ripe fruits and a little spice. Light finish. Clean but dull bitter.

Cask at the 2018 Chelmsford & Mid Essex Beer & Cider Festival. Pours dark copper brown with minimal head. Aroma of chestnut, malt, hop and fruit. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, soft carbonation.

Cask @ Chelmsford Beer Festival. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, fruits, malt and hops. Nice bitter finish.

Cask @ Chelmsford Beer & Cider Festival. Hazy brown with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light nutty. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 150218

Cask at Ship & Mitre. Pours a clear amber gold with an off-white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma is biscuit forward with sweet grains and bread supporting. Flavor is similar with lots of biscuit, sweet grains and a touch of bread.

Cask @ Ship & Mitre, Liverpool. Copper-amber with a head. It's a regular bitter with a malty-grainy taste.

Tried at the Ship and Mitre, Liverpool. Amber coloured bitter with a white head slight lemony aroma taste with the caramel malt. Medium body.
