Skyfall is rich and deeply malty. We used six different malts to create a deep brown beer with ruby highlights. Swirl it in your glass to admire this beer’s velvety body. Caramel sweetness upfront is followed by a wee bit of roasted malt character. Supremely balanced and full bodied – a true, sophisticated dessert beer.

Keg at Fourpure. It pours clear deep red - brown with a thick beige head. The aroma is fairly mellow, malt - driven, hearty bread, cake, wood, leather, toffee, light vanilla and spice. The taste is dry, sweet, earthy, wood, full smoke, charred wood, leather, chewy malt, spice, alcohol and dried berry with a drying and leathery finish. Medium body and moderate+ foamy carbonation. Seems to lack a good bit of balance it is very drying yet also has a chewy cloying sweetness about it. Not sold on this one.
