(Cask at Penderl’s Oak JDW, Holborn, London, 5 Aug 2010) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with apricots and orange. Malty, fruity taste with notes of apricots, orange and dusty hops. Medium body, balanced sweetness. Drinkable but a bit boring.

Cask at the Back of Beyond (JDW), Reading. Poured hazy amber with a thin white head; sweet grainy aroma; sweet and fruity with orange and peach flavours but a floury body; lacking in any discernible finish. Unsatisfying.
