Chelmsfaaarhd winter beer festival. Cask in KEGS. Clear dark amber - brown beer, a few pale tan bubbles. Light dry palate, modest fine carbonation. Tangy chocolate, touch of coconut. Modest tangy fruits. Light finish. Not too bad.

Bradford Beer Festival 2018. Dark red in colour. It has a sweetness to its underdeveloped roasted malts, although these are better in its nose.

Cask @ Chelmsford Beer & Cider Festival. Clear dark brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt and dark fruit. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 150218

Cask @ Chelmsford Beer Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, fruits, malt and hops. Nice bitter finish.

Tried at the Deepings Beer Festival 2017. Almost black colour with a white head. Aroma slight smoke and mid roasted malty. taste id slight roasted bitter. Medium bitter.

Cask at the 28th Ealing Beer Festival. Pours maroon brown with a lasting bubbly to frothy off white head. Aroma of malts, toffee, molasses, dark fruit and light hop. Quite heavy sweetness, moderate roasted bitterness. Medium body, slight watery texture, soft carbonation.
