Sampled during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2018. Fluorescent red color, no head. Smell and taste are quite nice: very nice soft tart and lovely fruity berries in there. I like it!

Bottle sample at CB'18. Hazy purple-ish colour, pink head. Aroma is funky, berries, light earthy, wood, light acidic. Flavour follows, blueberries, light dirt, wood, funk, tart finish. Not very refined. Light bodied.

@Carnivale Brettanomyces #7, Café Schuim, mooie bloed rode kleur met lichte witte kraag. aroma van bosbessen, rood fruit, lichte paardendeken, smaken zijn dun, glad, veel rood fruit, hout en droog. ok

Bit hazy dark purple. Soft funk, hay, roasted corn, acetone, soft berries and light malts. Under medium sweet and sour with harsh acetone touch, light bitter. Medium bodied. A little harsh.
