Cask. Sentinel, Sheffield. Deep gold. Soft haze. Tight, creamy, lasting, white head. Love me a sparkler. Nose is all fresh hop leaf. Pungent, raw green hop, with the lightest, dry grain background. Taste is punchy, raw hop bitterness. Gets a little dry. No sweetness to be found. Sits light and dry on the palate. Cleansing hop oil. Long bitter finish. A bit one dimensional really. But that’s probably the point?

Cask at CBC Clerko, 24/04/17. Clear golden blonde with a decent off white head that retains well. Nose is caramel, sweet citric fumes, light bread, hop dusting. Taste comprises melon, orange pith, sweet malt base, soft bread. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with quite a bitter conclusion packed full of juicy hops. Solid session gear.

Cask at CBC Clerks - London. Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. The nose some pale grains, ripening lemon, grass. Light sweet flavour with some melon, rindy lemon, bread crust, salty grass. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with assertive grassy bitterness, more rindy citrus, crispy pale malts. Decent.

Cask at CBC Clerko for the tap takeover. A clear mid golden coloured pour with a greyish loose white head. Aroma is sticky toffee, caramel, pine hop, low jammy hop,. Little buttery.. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, toffee, brown sugars, sticky hop juice, dirty pine and bark. Palate is semi sweet, decent cask condition. Super hoppy bitter.
