Packed with a bucket load of whole cone Mosaic and Cascade Hops. This full bodied session ale carries dominant tropical fruit/berries in its aroma, followed by tart citrus on the palate. Pleasing nutty flavours are finished with a dusting of bitterness.

9th Feb 2019; hand-pulled cask pint in Ye Olde Fighting Cocks, Oakengates. Golden/amber body, full white crown with lacing. Light citrus leanings in the fruity aroma and taste, mild bitterness fighting to come through the malty base.

Reminds me of the Doug Stanhope bit about a guy with a dog called Patriot that he got on the 9th of November. I’m not really sure I got the joke. Anyway. Cask at the Paisley Beer Festival 2016. Pours clear amber with a thin white head. Aromas of orange, faint herbs. Taste is light bitter. Chalky finish.
