Dark yellow colour with thin head. A light, slightly fruity pale bitter. There's an element of candied peel adding a sweet edge

Bottle from Czerwik, Brighouse. Paler golden coloured with an extremely thin head. Crisp tasting with a better tropical fruitiness in its nose than taste, but still pretty good in both.

On cask at the White Cross, Lancaster. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - citrus and pale malt. Taste - more of the same. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - seem to have hit a flight of golden apes this afternoon. This one is more typical than most.
