Cask at the Allied Arms, Reading. Pale amber with a ring of white head; fresh citrus aroma; lemony taste with a dry straw-like bitterness; and a very dry finish with lingering leaves.

Cask @ Old Wellington, Manchester. Golden with a thin head. Has a mainly sweetened, mildly fruity taste that’s more floral in its aftertaste. Has a berry-sweet nose.

Tried at The Three Stags, Bebbington. Golden colour with a white head. Light citrus aroma like an opalfruit. Taste slight citrus, malty. Not big citrus certainly. disappointed.
