500ml bottle from Gloucester Services. Pours clear amber with a beige cap. Aroma: malts, Christmas type spices. Taste: light sweet & bitter, heavy spices - ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon etc. Medium body with loose carbonation. I found this quite unbalanced, the spices are overdone. Also, there's no way this beer should have the style of Bitter, it ought to be classified as a spiced beer or an amber ale

Bottle from Gloucester Services, M5, Gloucestershire. Hazy slightly darker amber in colour with a small head. Lightly spiced with ginger, it's a winter-warmer type ale. There's some equally light ginger notes in its aroma.
