Can at home. Pours semi-clear ruby with no head. Nose is big on chocolate-cocoa, and also shows some sweetness that I link to these two even tho it’s clearly the lactose’s doing. There’s also a nice, somewhat tart cherries for balance. Taste is also this duo: sweet and sour, just as I like my pastry sour. There’s chocolate and cocoa upfront, with a touch of vanilla, then it turns tart and shows cherries, just so that it finishes off sweetish again (with a cherry touch, that is). Light to medium bodied yet somehow pretty rich at the same time, and has average carbonation. A pretty decent pastry sour all in all.

Can, almost no head, hazy lightish red colour, coffee, vanila and a bit of cocoa and berries, dominant flavor of berries, a bit of coffee and cocoa, light fruity yoghurt sourness, quite strong candy fruitiness, lightish coffee bitterness. Nice but not too balanced.
