Pale in colour with balanced malt and hop flavours. Hints of citrus on the nose.

Part of my 2013 backlog. Pale gold coloured beer, with a white head. Aroma has spicy hops, and the taste does too. A good seasonal beer.

Hand-pulled half-pint at The Crown, Oakengates on 10 Oct 2013. As the name suggests; this is a pale coloured beer, very light golden in fact. Full white head on top which gave some good lacing. The nose and taste were of spicy hops with an undertone of pale maltiness. Crisp and refreshing, one of Rudgate’s better beers in my opinion.
