Beczka dala odczuc wino, moze moglo by byc bardziej wytrawnie, i wiecej ciala ale jest fajnie. Piwo degustowalem jakies 2 lata temu, oceniam teraz bo albo zniknela ocena celowo przez kogos skasowana, albo sam przeoczylem. Nie za wielka tez jest piana, no ale coz skoro wyladowalo w beczce po czerwonym winie to o winie sie bardziej mysli niz o piwie. Wiec to nie jest drastycza wada.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark brwon colour with slightly late awakening, small to average, thick, very dense, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, bright sulphureous to beige head. Intense, sweet-ish, caramel malty and fruity aroma, notes of caramel, toffee and dried and alcohol soaked dried fruit, raisin, date, fig, a touch of plum, nougat, weak woody and fresher fruity overtones with a touch of cherry and blue grapes, a yeasty spicy touch of marmite as well. Taste is sweet and minimally alcoholic, (vinous) fruity and caramel malty, notes of blueberry, blue grapes, plum butter, raisin, date, fig, dark honey, cherry, nougat; well hidden alcohol. Viscous texture, smooth, soft and silky, slightly cloying palate, fine, soft carbonation. Rich and complex, sweet but not in an aggravating way, vinous, almost liqueur-like sirupy - wonderful sipper.

Bottle, 330 ml, shared with Max and Miro B. Dark orange with beige head. Caramel, lots of fruit, vinous, tart. Low carbonation. Medium bodied.
