Can sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks troubles. Black, tan head. Roast, chocolate, caramel, a bit of dark fruits, sweet, a bit of licorice, bitterish finish with some alcohol.

Can (thanks kuba). Pours black with beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasty, malty, grainy. Flavor is sweet and bitter, roast, malt, fruits, slight metallic and grainy notes. Puszka. Brzydkie, nieprzejrzyste, w kolorze kompotu z suszu, sprawiające wrażenie mętnego. Zero piany, mimo prób. Zapach świeżej śliwki, pod nim długo, długo nic i karmel z kawą zbożową. W smaku wyraźnie kwaśne - nie skwaśniałe, ale tak kwaskowe, że aż kwaśne. Goryczka średnia, kojarząca się ze spalonym karmelem. Wysycenie bardzo niskie. Już po lekkim ogrzaniu wyraźny aromat alkoholu i grzanie w przełyk. Może jakaś wyjątkowo kiepska warka, bo rozcieńczony Argus nieporównywalnie lepszy.

Bottle [from trade with Namebeer00] @ home. Opaque black color, small off-white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma is malts, dark malts, heavy raisins, caramel, brown suagr lightly. Tastes similar: malts, dark malts, brown malts, caramel, somewhat sweet initially but a firm malt bitter finish. Dried dark fruits. Medium body, suitable decent to medium carbonation. Pretty solid!

Puszka 500ml z datą ważności do 31.03.2018 BARWA: ciemny brunatny, pod mocne światło rubinowe refleksy, idealnie klarowne. PIANA: obfita, brązowa, zbudowana z średnich pęcherzyków, dość szybko się dziurawi i znika do zera, lacing brak. AROMAT: przede wszystkim słodkie nuty likierowe , suszona śliwka, rodzynki, praliny, po zatkaniu i zamieszaniu szkła jak aromat się skumuluje czuć nuty porto, paloności praktycznie nie posiada. SMAK: gorzka czekolada , słodkie suszone ciemne owoce, wszystko kontruje alkoholowa rozgrzewająca goryczka.Odpowiednie nasycenie średnie do niskiego, uczciwe pełne 22 plato. Naprawdę dobry Porter Bałtycki , biorąc pod uwagę cena(4,39) - jakość to chyba brak konkurencji.

Can from Mesjasz. Many thanks! Cheap looking can but very nice surprise. Full body, sweet caramel, roastiness, dark fruit. Sweet and bitter. Good Porter!

Half a liter can. Pours rather clear, very dark brown. Small grey head. Smell is bit bitter, mild aromatic maltyness. Taste is very aromatic, earthy, intense notes of dark chocolate, even some mild coffee. The mouthfeel, even though very alright, is a bit to the thin side. If it were more thick, i’d really, really dig this one !
