Barwa opony od stara. Piana gęsta koloru kawy z mlekiem. Aromat gorzkiej czekolady i likieru wiśniowego. W smaku podobnie gorzka czekolada oraz nuty whisky. Piwo słodkie, gorycz nie wyczuwalna. Nagazowanie znikome.

Draught. Black, small head that does not last long. Very strong aroma of whisky, plus light coffee, oatmeal, alcohol. Light bitterness. Lively carbonation. Hard to drink fast, but it’s interesting. I don’t like whisky, but I enjoyed this one.

Draft sample @ Warszawski Festiwal Piwa 2015 with an actual pre-tasting smaple at Artezan. Brune foncée, col épais crémeux café au lait. Arôme est profond sur des notes de chocolat, note rétro de Jack Daniel’s apportant une petite note douce vanillée en bouche accompagné d’un agréable caramel et possible réglisse. Palais est très agréable avec une certaine complexité venant de l’avoine et du chocolat. Retrouve l’ajout subtil et de bonne mesure de la barrique de Jack Daniel’s. Note de toffee, caramel, vanille avec une fine pellicule boisée et l’épaisseur de l’avoine. Amertume reste, quant à elle, plus discrète et laisse ample place aux malts et à la barrique. Très bonne BA qui manque un peu dans le paysage polonais encore retissant sur ce style.

Tap (VI FDP). Barwa ciemno brunatna, opalizujaca, piana bezowa, niezbyt trwala ale cienki kozuszek utrzymuje sie calkiem dlugo. Aromat czekoladowy, subtelny, zapowiedz niezlego smaku. A w smaku czekoladowo-palono-slodkie, bardzo delikatne, gladkie. Bardzo slodki ale delilatny posmak. Czuc slodycz beczki, bardzo przyjemna. Tresciwe, minimalnie oleiste, pije sie przyjemnie ale dlugo. Oplacalo sie wylezakowac w beczce po whisky.
