Bottle, 5.7%. Sweet honey and wax aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is quite sweet, but not overly so. Rather perfumy as well and with a rough bitterness in the finish that often characterises honey beers.

0,5 flaske på hytta, hjemført fra Gdansk: ufiltrert, gylden og med tett skum. Aroma av røde bær og håndkrem. Fris syrlig munnfølelse. Bæraktig sødme og frisk ettersmak. Egentlig et godt og forfriskennde formiddagsøl, men parfymearomaen sjenerer.

Pale, dull and just a little bit hazy. The aroma has a sweet clover honey aroma mostly. Sweet honey taste, also a little bit biscuity. Quite sweet overall, with a floral finish. Not objectionable but I can’t say that I like it, either.

[9/17/11] Mahleket Hanikot Shotrim ’11 tour. Memory ratings of the stolen notepad #10: Bottle from Elba drank in a park in Gliwice. 5.7%. Sweet cereals, lots of honey and sugar. Too sweet, but I’ve had worse.

*** POLISH BEER # 100 *** bottle from my friend Monika - bardzo dziekuje. Hazy deep golden colour, large off-white head. Aroma of honey. Full-bodied, grainy malty, biscuity with lots of honey. Quite sweet but still good. Shy hoppy touch in the finish. And yet another nice honey beer from Poland.

Bottle 500ml.Unclear hazy medium yellow color with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to light heavy honey, flowers. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light acidic and light ot moderate bitter with a average to long duration, honey. sour malt, citrus notes. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100709]

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy and pale yellow with a huge and white head. Aroma is fruity and distinct honey herbal. Citric, fruity and sweet. Lasting citric sweet finish, vague honey herbal from back of the nose.
