Keg at Warsaw Beer Festival, 06/04/17. Lightly hazed golden blonde with a decent off white covering. Nose is bretty, straw, toasted grains, damp cloth, lemon drizzle. Taste comprises green berry must, funk, grains, hay bale, light citric possoi. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced acidity. Ok stuff but lower end for the style spectrum in terms of complexity.

Butelka, po terminie. Złote, klarowne. Piana niezbyt obfita, redukuje się do obwódki. W aromacie lekka stajnia i taka sadowa owocowość, ale też skojarzenie z mokrym, gnijącym drewnem. W smaku bardzo wytrawnie, winnie, plus powtórka z tej owocowości: nie wiem jak smakuje tarnina, ale domyślam się, że to ona, mam dalekie skojarzenie z wiśnią. Nawet zauważalna, choć niska goryczka. Wysycenie iście szampańskie. Fajny, ale mało intensywny dzikus.

Bottle. Golden colour, hazy, minimal head. Aroma is fruity (gooseberry), funky, barnyard. Medium sour, not aggressive. Easy to drink. Very good!

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest 2017. A light hazed pale yellow coloured pour with a a lasting thin white head. Aroma is bug bretty funk, tart pineapple, sour grains. Flavour is composed of spicy sour, lacto and little spicy vinegar. Palate is prickly, highish carbonation. Dry. Spicy finish.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a frothy white head. Tangy lemon aroma, dry wheat. Light sweet flavour with mellow brett funk, slight acidity, grass, hay. Light bodied with active carbonation. Clean finish, more grass, melon, hay, wheat. Nice.
