Barwa ciemna, piana koloru beżowego szybko ulatuje. W aromacie nuty suszonych śliwek oraz gorzkiej czekolady. W smaku również nuty czekoladowe połączone z kawowymi oraz suszonych owoców. Nasycenie na niskim poziomie, gorycz na minimalnym poziomie, alkohol dobrze ułożony. Baltic Porter Day 2018 - wersja butelkowa z pierwszej warki.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma media color cappuccino, molto persistente. Al naso note di cioccolato fondente, caffè, liquirizia, nocino, anche una leggera nota medicinale, balsamica impressionante per potenza. In bocca è ricca e strutturata, attacco leggermente dolce con finale amaro, di leggera radice, e lieve acidità da tostato. Corpo pieno, carbonazione media. Che birra!

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a small, light brown head. Delicious aroma with rounded, soft roast and quite some heat. Rich body but not overwhelming. English dark licorice of the slightly tart kind. Somehow it's quite distinct that it's not bottom fermented although it's hard to pinpoint. Very enjoyable. 241117

Bottle thanks to Nikos! Pours opaque black, medium creamy brown head, dissipates fairly slowly, good lacing. Aroma is roasty, smoky, molasses, cocoa. Flavor is medium sweet, medium bitter, nice. Full body, low carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel. Solid.

Draft @ Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty licorice chocolate aroma. Roasted malty licorice and chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty licorice and chocolate finish.

Bottle [from trade no doubt, but forgot by whom, huge thanks though!] @ home. Opaque pitch black color, medium sized brown to black brown colored head that lasts for a short while. Aroma is malts, dark malts, roast, lightly a hint of chocolate. Taste malts, dark and roasted malts, some dark chocolate again, vanilla, nice malt bitterness in there and there’s something else but I can’t put my finger on it. Medium body, oily texture, suitable carbonation. Very nice indeed.

[ As Pracownia Piwa / Podgórz Baran z Jajem ].Clear dark red brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, bread, chocolate, dark malt. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dark malt, roasted, chocolate, bread, vanilla. Bottle from trade with Gebels. Many thanks Kamil! Pours dark, small tan head. Nice aroma of dark malts and chocolate. Taste is smooth, with confident roasted malts, chocolate and some welcome cigar notes on the finish. Very good, flavoursome, well-rounded baltic porter.
