On tap @ Kufle i Kapsle, Warsaw. A bit uncertain about this cider, with regards to the Polish letters, but this is the closest I get and I think a remember the bird on the label as well as my notes seems to corespondent with previously ratings. Anyway, hazy, pale straw golden/yellow body with a tiny, fast disappearing white head. Aroma is acidic apple, with a funky, light yeast touch. Not far away from a mild lambic. The flavor is acidic green apple, apple core, funky, hint of wood and yeast. Very nice, tart, natural cider. Had to have another the next day and was still a bit sloppy with my notes.

Bottle (thanks kuba). Pours hazh yellow. Aroma is sweet, apples, slight vegetables. Flavor is sour, watery, apples, cucumber. Finish is sour. Overall: drinkable.

0,75l bottle at home. Bottle looks identical with the one on the photo but says 7% ABV. Vintage 2015. bottle opens with a loud plob. very noise carbonation. yellow hazy color, no head. smells apple, musty, sourish, lightly flowery, grassy, herbal, light sweetness, light honey. very nice smell. full body, pearly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, acidic, apples, musty, bit leathery, earthy, grassy, almost peaty. finishes rather dry and medium sour with notes of apples, leather and citric notes. I am not much into ciders but this one is very nice, good complexity.

Vintage 2015. My bottle have 7% Alc. Craft cider. Bottle from Winnie i niewinnie.pl. Cydr 100% rzemieslniczy, sama natura, spora metnosc. zlocista pelno metna barwa. Male musowanie jak na informacje o ostroznosci przy otwieraniu i mala piana szybko opadajaca. Przejde do najwazniejszego ten cydr ma naprawde zapach konskiej derki, stajni, mokrego siana, drewna mokrego i wilgotnej starej piwnicy. W smaku kwaskowe, troche jakby slone, kielbasa z dzemem jablkowym. Nietypowy to dziki cydr. Zdecydowanie wytrawny i kwaskowy. Sour and very dry Cider...Yeah!!!
