Dark brown, almost black color, tan foam. Aroma: sherry, barrels, caramel, dried fruits. Taste: sherry, oak chips, mighty, roasted, caramel, dried fruits.

Opaque black - brown beer, good tan head. Palate is smooth and mildly dry, modest fine carbonation. Smooth dark malts, good dark chocolate and a little milk chocolate. Very mild spice. Light and well integrated sherry. Smooth finish brings more chocolate and a mild bitterness. Nice one, very drinkable.

dark brown colour medium sized beige creamy head, aroma of dark chocolate, pine resiny and grassy notes, taste is the same with syrupy notes and licorice great imperial stout!

0.33l bottle thanks to Lore. Black body, thin light brown head. Aroma of chocolate, pine, cocoa, orange zest and bourbon. Taste of chocolate, grapefruit, cocoa, elderflower and bourbon. Sweet and fruity RIS. I would even say it’s refreshing, but considering its alcohol content it would be funny. I like it.

Butelka 330ml (28.02.2017). Piwo totalnie czarne, nieprzejrzyste z cienkim kożuszkiem beżowej piany ale bardzo ładnym lacingiem. W aromacie bardzo wyraźna nuta bardzo gorzkiej czekolady, kakao, akcentów palonych i delikatna nuta słodkiego alkoholu i szczypta wanilii. Czekoladowo-palone w smaku z paloną, dość wysoką goryczką wpartą nieco nutą szlachetnego alkoholu przyjemnie rozgrzewającą w przełyku. Faktura jest bardzo gładka - niskie nasycenie. Nuty beczkowe w postaci bardzo przyjemnej alkoholowej słodyczy na finiszu, delikatnie oblepiającej usta, bardzo dobrze współgrają z palonością tworząc przyjemny balans i nie dominują piwa. Bardzo dobry RIS, świetnie zbalansowany, bardzo przyjemny w odbiorze.
