Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma of passion fruit, melon, citrus, biscuit, resin and alcohol. Pours cloudy amber color with thin creamy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet caramel and resin, following is tropical fruity, bready and slightly medicinal, mouthfeel is smooth, mild spicy and dry at the end, while finish is heavy bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Would be even better without medicinal and metallic notes...

0,5 flaske, i solskinnet hos Beer and the Bean (Isafjordgade, København) mai-18: let uklar kobbergylden med godt skum der varer. Karamell, citrusfrugter, fyrrenåle, harpiks og grapefrugt i dejlig kombination med en solid maltkrop. Fin bitterhed med saftig harpiks i finishen. Farlig let drikkelig i sommervejret!

12th April 2017
Citra, Amarillo, Centennial and Apollo hops. Hazy amber beer, tiny pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and has reasonable fine carbonation. Soft malts, sweetish, whisper of caramel. Resinous piney hops. Ripe tropical fruits underneath. Modest bitterness and smooth floralness. A little soft skunk. Smooth finish and slightly warming finish, mild bitter linger. An old fashioned DIPA that has a small nod of the head to it’s Barleywine cousin. Nice, very drinkable.

500ml bottle from EU Local Swap 1/2017, thanks Jashiu! BBE 10.01.2018. Pours orange with a smooth bubbly white head. Aroma of chewy caramely malts, citrus, pine, fruits and grapefruit, some faint hints of glue. Taste is hoppy, citrusy and caramely malty with some pine, grapefruit and herbal notes. Finish is sweet, malty and caramely with some herbal hops, grass, pine, citrus and resin. Okay west coast DIPA.

Butelka 0.5l (BB 10.01.2018). Piwo delikatnie zmetnione o bursztynowej barwie. Piana jest obfita i trwala a opadajac ladnie oblepia scianki szkla. Aromat intensywny, chmielowy z nutami, przede wszystkim zywicy i cytrusowymi. Brak nut slodowych nadaje mu przyjemnej rzeskosci i swiezosci. W smaku piwo jest wyraznie slodkie a przynajmniej takie jest odczuwanie. Goryczka niezbyt wysoka, zywiczna, cytrusowa z delikatnym alkoholowym finiszem.
