Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is herbal and spicy with flowers, pretty strong camomile, light wheaty malt, peppery yeast, and soft fruity notes. Flavour is mildly sweet and above moderate bitter. Body is light to medium. Quite herbal/flowery with strong camomile, nice bitterness.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with small to average, fluffy, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Floral, fruity, and slightly herbal-spicy aroma, notes of chamomile, hints of apple, a minimally peppery touch, peppermint, slightly bready, malty background. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally bready malty, floral, fruity and spicy, notes of chamomile, hints of peppermint, green tea, a touch of green and yellow apple. Nice composition.

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Kingpin Alphonse ].Unclear - hazy medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, witbier yeast, yeast, clove, spicy - chamomile - chamomile flowers. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, sweet yeast, witbier yeast, yeast, clove, spicy, chamomile, chamomile flowers - chamomile tea, cake. Bottle @ home. Hazy yellow colour with a small to medium sized white head. Smells malts, herbs and spices. Tastes rooibosthee, cinnamon, pumpkin ale spices, pepernoten/speculaas, Bastognekoeken, herbs, spices. Medium body, soft to medium carbo.

50cl bottle. A almost clear deep golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of mild banana, herbs, orange fruits. Taste of soft orange fruits, dry fruits, apples, yeast, interesting!
