Traditional and highly hopped beer. Bright and clear pils with a unique aroma. Cold hopped with Polish hops.
Fans of hop bitterness will be delighted with its aroma and taste. Like all our beers, Amber Pils Beer is brewed only from natural ingredients. We season it with three types of domestic hops. Lubelski is the most famous Polish hops. Its aromatic variety gives the beer a clean hoppy aroma. The aroma of Puławski hops is complemented by delicate herbal, citrus and resin notes. Sybilla is a noble Polish variety that works great in lagers and pils. The right proportions of the best ingredients are responsible for the harmony of taste and aroma, and the balanced bitterness is pleasantly refreshing.
The name of the pils style comes from the Czech city of Pilsen, which started brewing beers around 1295. Until the 19th century, these were top-fermented beers.
Lager yeast, characteristic of the pils style, only appeared in the 19th century. In 1842, the new Bavarian brewer, Josef Groll, changed the recipe of the beer produced there in the city brewery. While it was brewed, pale malt dried in low-temperature was added to it. Later this malt was called Pilsen. This is how the recipe of the first ever Pils, i.e. perfectly clear beer was created.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Puszka. Wyraźne nuty chmielowe - tradycyjne: ziołowo-ziemiste, trochę metaliczne. W smaku dość wytrawne z powtórzonymi akcentami chmielowymi. Goryczka niska, ale wyczuwalna. Jest OK.

Green Bottle Leighton pick split in Warsaw nice flate, 06/04/17. Golden orange with a decent off white spattering up top. Nose is grass, straw, skunky notes, pale malts, bread. Taste comprises pale malts, cereals, grains, straw, grains, light piss stains, faint bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Average for style … a little too far green bottle spesh !

Bittle in the fart emporium Warsaw. A clear golden coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is semi sweet, little skunky, apple, nutty. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty, light grassy hop, skunk. Palate is semi sweet moderate carbonation ok.

Green bottle shared in Warsaw. Pours totally clear yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. Nice pale cereal aroma, almost ko skunky notes, pale grain, straw. Light sweet flavour with further simple cereal, white sugar, low bitterness, hay. Light bodied with average carboantion. Sugary finish, some more cereal, biscuits, almost no hop presence. Simple lager. Enjoyable for what it is.

Barwa złota, klarowne, piana biała, niezbyt obfita, szybko opada. W aromacie słodowość, nieco nut utlenienia. W smaku słodowe, lekko słodkawe, wyraźne już utlenienie i stary chmiel, poza tym nieco za wysokie wysycenie, goryczka niska do średniej, treść raczej niska. Dość słabe, w zasadzie podobny poziom co większość koncernów.

Bottle at Behind The Hills 2014 Autumn Edition. Golden color with small white head. Ugly malty aroma with metallic notes. Sweet malty taste with metallic notes. Blah.

Bottle. Aroma heavily metallic hop extract. Clear golden. Taste is highly bitter, but also highly metallic to the point of astringency.
