As in the Belgian tradition of brewing Christmas beers, this is our very own version. It is added with orange peel and raisins. The aromas are warming and captivating and swing from nutty to citrus and slight hints of honey. Mouthfeel starts with caramel and honey flavors and lead to cherry and currant flavors with a delicate bitter finish.

2021 edition 8% abv. Dark amber to red color , clear, thick offwhite head, lasting. Flavor of caramelized malts, raisins, orange peel, spices, honey. Relatively ligth body clean finish with nice balsamic dry bitter notes. Finish with spices honey and lavender. Quite nice, juicy, christmas beer

Backlog October 2020. Clear amber body under a nice, lacing beige head. Relativity malt driven aroma with dry fruit, marmalade and a bit spicy. Taste goes in the same direction of aroma. Medium body and average aftertaste. Decent but not outstanding.

KØLF 250920. Amber color with a beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, bread. Flavor is sugar, roasted malt, bread, caramel, yeast, alcohol. Nice beer.

Deep nutty pour with a fine head Ok lacing Pleasant intensity in the aroma. Lot of caramel Balanced sweetness and a fine carbonation level Load of caramel in the flavor also Also bready and a bit fruity [Bottle from Systembolaget in Sweden]

bottiglia 75 cl, schiuma media grana beige media persistenza, colore ambrato carico limpido, al naso è intensa e fresca lieviti belgi frutta matura leggero banana, in bocca frutta matura pesca sciroppata zucchero di canna spezie caramello, corpo rotondo, carbonazione piatta, oily, dolce con amaro moderato. A dark amber belgian style beer, it is set apart by the significant hop bite it has. Which isn't unpleasant, but not my favourite. However, there are lots of good things about this beer. online saveaur bier

Bottle 33 cl. Dark Amber, hazy with a medium light brown head. Aroma of sweet malt, hops, caramel and brown sugar. Sweet, light bitter with a malt and caramelish end.

0.33l bottle. Malty aroma, belgian yeast, caramel, raisins, plums. Hazy brown color, small pale beige head. Malty taste, belgian yeast, caramel, raisins, light coffee notes, light to medium sweet, light bitter. Full body, oily texure, soft carbonation and malty bitter-sweet finish with raisins and caramel notes and alcohol traces. Good.
