The Książ beer derives from the lower part of Silesia, a region famous for its tradition of brewing beer. Years back, an original recipe was found in the underground chambers of the Książ Castle, which inspired the creation of Książ beer.

Canned. Clear golden, no head. Aroma of fusels and methanol. Sweet and fruity, fiercely alcoholic. Sloppy and syrupy with lasting chemical burn. Close to undrinkable.

Can 500ml.Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, sweet malt, mazipan mass, light yeasty and alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101211]

Bottle @ Sothern/Western Denmark Gathering, Ulfborg. Pours clear golden with a creamy off white head. Sweet perfume, caramel and alcohol. Thin and watery palate.

Can, 9%. Caramelly, fruity and refreshing aroma, some alcohol. Clear golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is sweet and fruity. Has some alcohol and raisin. Good alcohol level. Not bad.
