The Książ beer derives from the lower part of Silesia, a region famous for its tradition of brewing beer. Years back, an original recipe was found in the underground chambers of the Książ Castle, which inspired the creation of Książ beer.

Książ Czarny Specjał is a malt liquor. The secret to of this beer is the careful brewing process and long aging, which give Książ Czarny Specjał its distinct flavour and high alcohol content.

Can. Bee, Darnall. Clear pale to medium gold. Super sticky white foam. Looks boss to be fair. Nose has some inevitable cardboardy boozy notes although there’s a fruity character. Taste is semi sweet with a light chemical led bitterness. Pretty smooth overall and stays drinkable throughout. Robust finish! Decent.

z cyklu przeglad piw nudnych i nie ciekawych: 500ml can. No czarna to tylko puszka, bo barwa bursztynowa, no hyba ze chodzilo o harakter:) bo za wiele tego tez nie ma:) Piana sporawa w miare trwala, ale sezamkowa slodkosc, syrop klonowy, nie za wiele hmielu, meczace, chociaz alko udalo sie ukryc, moze za jakas czarna kurtyna:)

Can from a Polish supermarket in Brussels. Clear golden amber color white coca cola head. Caramel aroma. Taste starts sweet and malty then harsh bitter finish.

Can, 2,5 months before bbd. Pours clear golden, with a short lived creamy head. Aroma is is sweet, roasted malts, with biscuits, toffee and honey. Medium to full body, with average carbonation. Flavour is sweet malty notes, with grains, toffee and notes of alcohol, as well as some grassy notes.

Zboze, jakies nieco kukurydza, troche alko (bardziej w uscie), slodko... ale ryli myslalem, ze bedzie gorzej. Calkiem przyzwoite cebulakowe
