Porter Noster BBA to piwo warzone w naszym browarze raz do roku i dojrzewające przez 7 miesięcy w tankach, a następnie przez 2 miesiące w beczkach po bourbonie. W celu stworzenia tej mocno limitowanej edycji portera (powstało tylko 550 litrów), sprowadziliśmy beczki z Kentucky, z firmy Brown-Forman, producenta Jacka Danielsa. Przed Porterem Nosterem beczki były napełnione bourbonem marki Woodford Reserve.
Smaki i aromaty wanilii, whisky, słodkiej czekolady, kawy i suszonych owoców przyjemnie łączą się z rozgrzewającą mocą naszego bałtyckiego portera.

Bottle from ebrowarium. Black with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of liquorice, chocolate, toffee vanilla and bourbon and a touch of straw. Sweet roasted flavour with bourbon, a bit thin for all that it could be.

Vintage 2019. Świetne o ciemnawej piance niczym pianka na tiramisu, pachnie szlachetna rozgrzaną czekolada i zaparzoną kawa. W smaku treściwe Bourbon beczkowosc jest chociaż mam wrażenie że mniej niż w wersji rok młodszej, palność sporą ciało tez. Pozostawia na ustach palony i drzewny posmak

330ml bottle. Clear, darkest brown colour with ruby glimmer and slightly late awakening, average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige head. Intense Bourbon BA aroma, notes of oak, caramel, vanilla, toffee, some leather, chocolately malty background, whiffs of coffee. Taste is sweet, chocolately dark malty, notes of Bourbon, caramel, vanilla, toffee, oak, a touch of leather, diluted hints of coffee, whiffs of alcohol. Highly drinkable due to a surprisingly watery texture, flavours are focused almost exclusively on Bourbon notes. Starts a bit disappointing, monothematic, shapes up as superbly balanced.

Butelka 330ml (BB 30.09.2020). Bourbon zdecydowanie rządzi w tym piwie a nuty wanilii i szlachetnego alkoholu, delikatnie rozgrzewającego, nadają mu sznytu. Piwo jest bardzo gładkie z niewielką, podbijaną nieco przez alkohol, goryczką, a za nutami beczki pojawiają się delikatne nuty porterowe.

Bottle. Pours hazy very dark brown with airy dark grey head. Clear aroma of barrel, with notes of malt and touches of yeast and fruit. Sweetish flavour of barrel and vanilla with notes of coffe, roasted malt and yeast. Bitter, roasty and boozy aftertaste with barrellike notes. Warming alcohol presence. Decent for the style.

Bottle, 9%. Distinct vanilla and cigar box aroma. Very dark brown colour. Looks clear. Small frothy light brown head. The flavour is sweet with a distinct vanilla note. Good warming alcohol finish. The mouthfeel is surprisingly thin. Late prune, tobacco, cream, and vanilla notes.

Bottle (thanks kuba). Pours dark brown. Aroma and flavor are sweet, oak, malt, roast, vanilla, some sour fruity notes.
